Dear Guests!
This holiday apartment should be a second home to you. You should be able to enjoy your time and rest. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up and hope you will find everything you need. By booking the holiday apartment, you accepted the following house rules. The rules are there to aid in a harmonious stay. By treating the apartment properly, you will help us in the future to offer you and other guests a high standard of accommodation.
If you find something is missing in the partment or if you need help, please contact me. I can be reached by phone on 079 820 90 61.
All things that are in the holiday apartment or on the balcony, may and should be used by the guests. We ask you to handle all furnishings and inventory carefully and to treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.

House Rules
By booking the holiday apartment, you accepted the following house rules.
arrival
The apartment will be ready on the day of arrival from 4pm (or by prior arrangement). Please let me know your expected arrival time a few day prior. The key collection takes please after individual arrangement.
Parking
One covered parking space is available per apartment. This is written with LUNA or SERAINA. If you need more than one parking space, please use the parking garage 'Ochsenbühl', which is about 100m away.
Sheets and towels
Bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. You will find all the towels in the closet next to the bathroom.
Internet / WLAN
In the apartment wireless Internet access (WLAN) is available. The use of the Internet with your own device via the WLAN connection is free for guests. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the guests.
Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen appliances with care. Please place all dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets only in a clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables without heat protectors. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

Cheminée
Kaminholz und Anzünder stellen wir Ihnen zur Verfügung, Sie finden dies im Reduit.
Velo-/Skiraum
Bitte Skischuhe, Langlaufschuhe sauber in den Schuhgestellen im Ski-/ Veloraum deponieren. Dasselbe gilt für alle Skis, Schlitten, Boards, Bikes und Kinderwagen. Alle anderen Gegenstände sind nicht erlaubt.
Rauchen
Die Ferienwohnungen in der Chesa Kristella sind Nichtraucherwohnungen, entsprechend ist das Rauchen in der gesamten Wohnung verboten.
departure
On the day of departure the apartment is to be vacated by 9.30am. Upon your departure, the apartment should look the way you found it. Oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishwasher are all to be left emptied and in a clean state. Please return everything into the cupboards clean and as you found it.
Keys
Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine Schlüsselbox. Im Fach 'Luna' oder ‘Seraina’ liegt ein Schlüssel für Sie bereit. Zwei weitere sind in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der dritten Etage. Bitte geben Sie die Schlüssel nie aus der Hand. Ein Verlust der Schlüssel ist umgehend zu melden und der Gast haftet bis zur Höhe der Wiederbeschaffungskosten.
Waste disposal
Waste may only be disposed of in blue Arosa garbage bags (3 are available). Waste bags must be deposited in the round Molok at the front of the street. PET, glass and cans can be disposed of at the Coop Supermarket. Newspapers and cardboard can be handed over to the disposal center. Please only use cosmetic buckets in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them in the residual waste bin. In the kitchen sink, toilets, and the shower no waste, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured down the drains! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (e.g. no toiletries down the toilet).
Im Sinne einer guten Nachbarschaft bitten wir Sie, die öffentlichen Ruhezeiten einzuhalten. Auch in der Ferienwohnung selbst sollte aus Rücksicht zwischen 22.00 Uhr und 7.00 Uhr Ruhe gehalten werden.
Notfallapotheke
Für den Notfall ist eine kleine Hausapotheke vorhanden, welche Sie im Reduit finden. Wir hoffen jedoch, dass Sie diese nicht benötigen werden.
Der Inhalt ist nur zum Gebrauch gedacht – nicht zum Mitnehmen! Danke für Ihr Verständnis. Bei der Abreise bitte melden, wenn Sie sie gebraucht haben. Wir wollen sicherstellen, dass für unsere Gäste immer alles vorhanden ist.
Extraordinary times require extraordinary measures. Therefore, various take-away offers are now available to you. In the village but also on the slopes, you will not have to do without the culinary highlights of Arosa in the near future.
